Course Description

1. Attendance and Warm Up:Astronomy Textbook Silent read pages 32-34 then write the questions and answers for the reading checks on pages 32 and 34 on a separate sheet of paper.
2. Lesson Introduction (Whole Group)--Review answers to Warm Up
3. Review MAP Testing Schedule

    Complete the Lesson #9: "Exploring the Universe" Module in this order.
    1. Take the Pre-test.
    2. As you complete the Learn It, Review It, Try It and Test It sections, use the attached sheet to write the key understandings and 10 complete sentences of facts, definitions, and/or draw and label diagrams for each topic--The Universe, Space Exploration, Our Sun and Other Stars. Use complete sentences for facts and definitions.
    3. Take the Post-Test 3 times.
