Late Assignments
LATE ASSIGNMENTS
The Escobedo Middle School Late Assignment Policy is as follows:
• If an assignment is late, past the due date, the student must complete the Late
Assignment Form explaining the reason why the assignment was not completed on
time, and a parent/guardian must sign the form. Teachers will not accept any late
assignments without the form.
• Teachers may require the student to serve a detention for not completing the
assignment on time.
• Late Assignment will only be accepted for five (5) school days after the assignment
was due, and will not be accept within three days of the end of the grading period
unless special arrangements have been made with the teacher.
